Dan has been a highly successful coach in the area for the past 18 years. Dan was with Delaware Swim Team for seven years, the last two as Head Coach. He has been an assistant coach for the University of Delaware the past 5 years. Dan joined Team Delaware 6 years ago, and took over as Head Coach three years ago. Throughout his career, Dan has been a finalist 3 times for Mid-Atlantic Age Group Coach of the Year, produced dozens of zone qualifiers, over 20 Junior National qualifiers, several Delaware High School swimmers of the year and several Top 16 National Age Group times. In 2004 Dan guided Team Delaware to its first Team Title in Team history. |

Chris is entering his 4th season with Team Delaware as the Gold coach for the University of Delaware site. Chris is the site coordinator for the University of Delaware site and the Gold coach. He has coached summer league, high school and Middle Atlantic age group champions. Chris has coached several top 16 swimmers, Middle Atlantic Zone Team swimmer and Junior National qualifiers. His high school teams have won 4 state team titles. |

| Adam is entering his third year as a Coach for Team Delaware coaching the Gold and National groups. He was a four year member of the University of Delaware Swim Team, and continues to volunteer as an assistant coach with the team. Currently Adam is finishing up his master's degree at UD in geography." |

Dan is from Newark, DE graduating from Glasgow High School in 2004. He started his coaching career with the Delaware Bluefish summer swim team 2 years ago and started coaching Team Delaware on all levels last spring. Dan is a junior at the University of Delaware majoring in fitness management and is also a third year member of the UD Swim Team where he is a Breast Stroke and IM specialist. |

Kelly is entering her 5th season as a coach for Team Delaware and coach of the Bronze group. She was a three year member of the University of Delaware Swim Team. In addition, she was a summer swim league coach and head lessons instructor in NJ. |

Matt started his swimming career at the age of 15 and was able to be a four-year member and contributor of the University of Delaware team. Matt started his coaching career with Team Delaware in 2002. Matt has also been the head coach of Skyline Swim Club. Matt is currently one of our fine developmental coaches. |
